We are moving. We are sad to be leaving friends in the area, but know that we are still very close. We've decided to take over a managing position in Oakland to save money and time. J will be a 15 min walk from school rather than an hour commute with BART. We feel fortunate to have this opportunity and know this is the only reason we have come to the decision. For our Concord friends, please don't leave us out. Z is making great friends her age and still wants to have Friday play-dates. We still would love to be involved with dinner groups and hope to keep friendships close. As for you Tim (Brittany you may want to relay this message) you have every reason to come to Oakland!! Let me think.....the A's, the Warriors, the Temple, SF, US!! Who goes to Brentwood anyways?? Just know that we love to stay close to friends and J wants to keep you on the "good" list.

Yes...it's true.
So who's going to take over our managing job? Well the Smiths have decided to take on the challenge. I think they'll do great. She'll definitely stay busy with her business, the crazy tenants and their bizarre situations! I wish you the best of luck!!
We will be leaving at the end of May. Any help with the loading of the truck would be great!!! hint, hint, hint!

We'll miss you guys but happy that you will get a better deal and have your hubby so much closer to school. Oakland is not too far, and I do look forward to see you at our play groups. Good luck with the move.
We are eternally grateful to you guys. We know that it is a big job to take on, but it is exactly the blessing that we had been praying for.
I know that Jack will miss his visits with Z, even though he never really plays with her. And poor Dom is convinced that everyone he loves is moving away.
We will be seeing you for sure, thanks to play-group, dinner group and A's games.
