My prairie girl.

My parents bought a property in Oregon awhile ago. We haven't been able to see it (only in pictures) since the drive is another 2 hrs. But during our visit we were able to stay and have a look around at my parents soon to be new home. Of course I will miss my parents other house (my house of 30 yrs!), but I think the grandkids will love visiting their new home in Ore. as well. It is beautiful and quiet.

Grandpa took Z and I to look at the horses and I couldn't forget my camera. As we were walking down the driveway, the sun was setting and two were side by side. And then they were hand in hand.

We picked some grass to feed the horses and Z was in heaven. The horses were so well behaved and came to my Dad like they were friends. For a split second, I felt like the Pioneer Woman and her love for her horses and cows. I think I could really enjoy the country life... well as long as a Target was close by.
