After we met Papa J at the airport, we headed over to Sea World. Our passes we had bought earlier in the year were still good, so we were making the most of it. (On a side note: One day while my brother and Papa J were at Sea World, they spotted money on the ground. Being honest, they turned it in. If it wasn't claimed within 2 weeks, they could come back and the money would be theirs. Well you know what? They scored $200. It pays to be honest!)
When we arrived they had all of the Christmas lights up. It was fun to see the girls excited over the huge Christmas trees.

As we strolled over to see the polar bears, Santa was waiting for us! Not sure why, but Z is scared of Santa. We've talked about him many times, we read books about him throughout the year, but she will not go in a room if he is around. She even told me the other day that she didn't want him coming to her house. I guess we don't have to worry about presents this year! But Cici on the other hand, is not afraid. She walked up to him and sat on his lap with no problem. I snapped a quick pic, but then got yelled at. We politely acted interested in their photos for sale, but quickly denied handing over $19.99. I'm sure we'll see him again and get a more decent picture out of it.
On Monday we headed back to Sea World for the day. It turned out to be great weather and an even better day when Papa J called to say he was able to meet up with us after lunch.

We were able to stay for the Whale show, "Believe," on Monday night, though the "Shamu Rocks" is way better. Cici was intrigued. And then Z got into it by making the Shamu hand signal to splash. We stayed away from the splash zone.

I'm glad we decided to do Sea World on Monday because the next couple of days, the weather was crummy. We didn't even make it to the beach after Papa J was so insistent of me packing my wetsuit. Luckily when we headed up the coast for Thanksgiving, the sun decided to shine.
