Yet another great boating trip to add to our summer. Our trip started later than planned, but we managed to make the best of it. On our way to the lake, we stopped to buy another tube since our last one needed patching. We figured it was time to upgrade, but it delayed our trip by an hour because we couldn't agree on which one to get. I think we did just fine in choosing and everyone who rode enjoyed themselves. Especially this little girl:
You'll notice I'm riding on my stomach. What happened to the pregnant lady? I figured if there was an opening, it was meant for my baby to ride in. It was way more comfortable than sitting and Z didn't stop talking the entire ride. She really just wanted to jump right in and swim the entire time. She is our little fish. No fear.
After exhausting ourselves on the boat, we stopped to grill up some hamburgers and hot dogs. We topped it off with watermelon for dessert. You can see Ella enjoying her share tremendously. We once again thank ma and pa for letting us come and use the boat. We definitely wish we could be there more often, especially since we live near by, but scheduling is always a conflict. We are just grateful for every minute we get to spend with them. Everyday Z asks me if she can go swimming with grandma and grandpa. I sadly respond, "not today." What are we going to do when winter hits? Hopefully her sister will keep her a little more occupied.
