While in San Diego, we stayed with my brother and all of his roommates. I felt bad as my girls awoke at 6:30am every morning (not their normal routine) and wanted to start off the day. The only way to keep Z quiet was to throw her in bed with her Uncle A and put on cartoons. Boy was she spoiled! As for Cici, I had to watch her like a hawk. She loved playing in the dog and cat food and even enjoyed eating it!

The one thing that kept my girls entertained the most were the animals of the house. They had two cats, Eddie & Fatty, and one dog, Willie. Each time the animals left the house through the doggy door, Cici tried to follow. She couldn't quite maneuver herself out the door like the animals, but she sure did try.

And all Z wanted the whole time was the cat (either one of them) to sleep with her. She'd make us grab one of the cats and then close the door behind us so they couldn't escape. We managed to get Eddie to sleep with us one night, but in the middle of the night when he woke us all up, he had to be let go.

We were sad when we had to say goodbye to the animals. Z even wanted to put them in our suitcase and take them home with us. Fortunately we can't have pets or else I think Z might have actually tried it.
